between noon and 2pm to enjoy some delicous BBQ for a great cause. We will be raising money to help the families affected by Hurricane Ike in Texas and along the gulf coast. As the week winds down, take some time to unwind and make Challah for Shabbat with Andrea. Whether you’ve baked Challan a dozen times or want to learn how, come make Challah to take home for Shabbat. Classes will be held Monday and/or Wednesday evenings from September 15th to November 19th. Beginner Arabic Class will be from 6 – 7:25pm and Intermediate Arabic Class will be from 7:30 – 8:55 pm. All classes will be held at GW Hillel (corner of 23rd and H). To sign-up for the class, just simply show up for the first meeting on 9/15.
